Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Oversee shift operations, ensuring adherence to production schedules, safety, and quality standards.
🔹 Coordinate and support operators in executing assigned tasks efficiently.
🔹 Monitor and enforce compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
🔹 Train new team members and enhance their skills.
🔹 Report shift performance in PQCDSM parameters to management.
🔹 Ensure timely updates of daily check sheets and hourly reports.
🔹 Authorize production line stoppage for quality or machine-related issues.
🔹 Manage material declarations and internal transfers within AF & AX systems.
🔹 Interpret and apply engineering drawings for production accuracy.

Qualifications:

✔ Diploma or Bachelor’s degree with 5-10 years of experience OR a Mechanical Engineering degree with 3-6 years of experience.
✔ Ability to work night shifts.
✔ Strong understanding of production processes, safety, and quality standards.
✔ Proficient in reading, writing, and communicating in English.

Compensation & Benefits:

💵 Base Salary: Up to 55,000 THB (Depending on experience)
🏠 Housing Allowance: 2,500 THB
📱 Phone Allowance: 800-1,000 THB (Based on job level)
💼 Position Allowance: Up to 2,500 THB (Depending on experience)
