Job Title: Regional HR Manager

Location: Bangkok or Wellgrow, Thailand

 

Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional HR Manager to lead and manage the full spectrum of human resources across entities. This role is pivotal to driving our HR strategies and supporting the company’s growth and development.

 

The ideal candidate will be based in Bangkok or Wellgrow but must be willing to work from both locations as required. This is an exciting opportunity to shape HR practices, build cohesive teams, and foster a strong organizational culture across multiple entities in the region.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead all HR operations, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regional requirements.
  • Develop, implement, and continuously improve HR policies, processes, and systems in the areas of talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and compliance.
  • Build strong HR teams to support the business effectively and champion employee engagement initiatives.
  • Provide strategic guidance and operational support to senior management, aligning HR practices with the company’s long-term vision.
  • Ensure compliance with Thai labor laws and other relevant regulations across all entities.
  • Act as a key player in shaping and driving the company’s regional growth and development plans.

 

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 10 years of management-level experience, preferably in a regional or multi-subsidiary role.
  • In-depth knowledge of Thai labor laws; additional HR certifications are an advantage.
  • Demonstrated expertise in HR functions such as talent acquisition, employee relations, benefits administration, performance management, and training and development.
  • Strong leadership abilities, with a proven track record of motivating and managing teams to achieve results.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build collaboration and alignment across diverse teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR information systems (HRIS).
  • Fluency in both Thai and English.
