- Coordinate risk assessments and support business units in managing their risk profiles.
- Monitor risk indicators, prepare risk reports, and provide insights to senior leadership.
- Ensure compliance with internal risk policies and external regulatory requirements.
- Lead or support internal audits, loss analysis, and incident investigations.
- Collaborate with underwriting, claims, legal, and finance teams to strengthen the overall risk posture.
- Facilitate risk training and awareness programs across the organization.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, threats, and emerging risks.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Risk Management, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
- 7+ years of experience in risk management within the insurance or financial services industry.
- Strong understanding of insurance products, claims processes, and regulatory frameworks.
- Familiarity with enterprise risk management (ERM) methodologies and tools.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Professional certifications such as CRM, ARM, FRM, or similar are a plus.
