Recruiter – Express Recruitment

We are excited to launch a new solution for our clients known as Express Recruitment and are currently seeking a Recruiter based in Bangkok office location.

The positions will be reporting directly into the Head of ITO Team & Express Recruitment, we are looking for an energetic, ambitious and driven individual with 1 + years’ experience in Agency Recruitment dealing with multiple functions. The role will be responsible to deliver on individual sales targets, deliver on assigned KPI's, effectively utilize the ATS system and effectively manage the end 2 end process on hiring assignments.

 Skills & Experience:

The ideal candidate will have following skills and experience

• Prior experience of at least 1+ years in Agency Recruitment
• Hold a bachelor’s degree in Business administration
• Strong prior experience in Candidate Sourcing, Business Development and Key Account Management
• Strong in stakeholder management, sales fundamentals and negotiation skills
• Proficient in the use of MS Office (Excel, Word & Power point)
• Fluent in English & Thai communication skills
