Job Description

Our esteemed client stands at the forefront of the digital asset industry, pioneering innovative solutions and setting industry standards.

• Drive financial planning and risk management, analyzing liabilities and investments.
• Determine investment strategies, considering cash and liquidity risks.
• Control fundraising plans, capital structure, and ensure appropriate cash flow for operations.
• Establish and oversee accounting, control, procurement policies, and procedures.
• Lead financial reporting processes, ensuring compliance with regulations, and provide strategic recommendations to executive management.

Qualification

• CPA is required.
• In depth knowledge of corporate financial law and risk management practices
• Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods
