Job description:
- Monitor and manage sales performance to align with the company's objectives.
- Welcome and guide customers to view and explore projects, facilitating sales presentations and closures.
- Collect and analyze customer information and histories.
- Manage and oversee sales documentation and facilitate the transfer of rights.
- Coordinate financial transactions and banking arrangements.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of common areas, model homes, sales offices, and sales equipment in accordance with company policies.
- Address and resolve issues, provide support to fellow sales team members, ensuring smooth operations.
- Supervise, support, and develop the company's sales team.
- Manage sales teams both on-site and off-site.
- Coordinate internal and external communications to ensure smooth and successful workflow.
- Contribute to presenting various marketing channels.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field
- +5 years of experience of sales experience in real estate (landed housing).
- Good interpersonal skill, Team player and Can-do attitude/Growth Mindset
- Have a passion for the luxury residential real estate industry and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of quality
