About the Role

We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Manager to identify new business opportunities, acquire new customers, and drive business growth in the freight forwarding and logistics industry.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities.
• Acquire new customers and expand the customer base.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Identify sales and cross-selling opportunities.
• Coordinate with internal teams to meet customer requirements.
• Support business growth and achieve sales targets.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• At least 3 years of experience in freight forwarding or logistics.
• Experience in sales hunting and new business development.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
