Job Summary

Our client is a well-established food manufacturing company in Songkhla. We are looking for an experienced QA Assistant Manager to lead quality assurance and food safety activities and ensure compliance with company standards and international food safety requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise daily QA and Food Safety operations.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, BRC, ISO and relevant food safety standards.
• Monitor quality and food safety throughout the production process, from raw materials to finished products.
• Lead investigations of quality issues, non-conformities, customer complaints, and corrective/preventive actions.
• Prepare for and support internal, customer, and certification audits.
• Develop and continuously improve QA procedures, quality systems, and food safety practices.
• Work closely with Production, R&D, Engineering, and other departments to maintain product quality and food safety.
• Lead and develop the QA team to achieve quality and food safety targets.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Food Science, Food Technology, Food Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in QA/QC within the food manufacturing industry.
• Experience in a supervisory or Assistant Manager level is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of GMP, HACCP, BRC, ISO and food safety systems.
• Experience handling audits, customer complaints, non-conformities, and CAPA.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Able to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Willing to work in Songkhla.
