Position Overview

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Senior Sales Executive to join our growing team in Bangkok. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, expanding our dealer network, and maintaining strong relationships with customers in the barcode, labeling, and packaging industry. This position reports directly to the Sales Manager and requires a proactive individual with 2–3 years of experience in Thermal Transfer Ribbon (TTR), barcode, labeling, or related industries. The role focuses on driving sales growth, expanding the market presence, and supporting the company's long-term business development strategy in Thailand.

Job Description

1) Sales Development

• Develop and implement sales plans to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

• Identify and develop new distributors, dealers, and key customers in Thailand.

• Expand market share for the company’s Thermal Transfer Ribbon products.

2) Customer Management

• Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, partners, and key customers.

• Provide product consultation and recommend suitable solutions for customer applications.

• Follow up on quotations, orders, and customer requirements

3) Market Development

• Research market trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities.

• Identify potential industries such as logistics, apparel, electronics, retail, and manufacturing.

• Support the development of new projects and strategic accounts.

4). Sales Operations

• Prepare sales reports, sales forecasts, and market feedback for the Sales Manager.

• Coordinate with operations and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.

• Maintain customer database and sales records.

5) Brand & Promotion

• Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry networking events.

• Promote company products and strengthen brand awareness in the Thailand market.

Qualification

  • 2–3 years of sales experience in Thermal Transfer Ribbon (TTR), barcode, labeling, packaging, or related industries.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to develop and maintain long-term customer relationships.
  • Self-motivated with strong problem-solving skills and a results-oriented mindset.
  • Good command of Thai and English.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Willingness to travel for customer visits and business development.
