Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Engineering Manager to lead the Engineering and Maintenance function within a food manufacturing plant. The role will focus on plant reliability, equipment efficiency, maintenance, engineering projects, and continuous improvement to support smooth and efficient production.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Engineering and Maintenance team.
• Oversee plant machinery, utilities, maintenance, and equipment reliability.
• Develop preventive and predictive maintenance strategies.
• Lead engineering projects, machine installation, and plant improvements.
• Improve production efficiency and reduce machine downtime.
• Manage CAPEX projects, budgets, contractors, and timelines.
• Troubleshoot equipment and technical issues.
• Work closely with Production, Quality, Procurement, and other departments.
• Manage external contractors and technical service providers.
• Ensure engineering activities comply with safety, quality, and food manufacturing standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in Engineering, Maintenance, or Manufacturing.
• Previous experience as an Engineering Manager / Maintenance Manager.
• Experience in Food Manufacturing or a similar manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of plant machinery, maintenance, utilities, and engineering projects.
• Experience managing engineering teams and contractors.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Good command of English.
