Customer Quality Engineer / Quality Management Specialist
Location: Amata City Industrial Estate, Rayong
Salary: 50,000-60,000
Job Responsibilities
- Handle customer quality issues and complaint management
- Coordinate corrective and preventive actions (8D, problem solving)
- Support PPAP, APQP, ECR/PCR, and quality documentation
- Monitor product quality and support quality improvement activities
- Coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, and customers
- Support internal/external audits and quality management systems
- Analyze defect data, failure reports, and inspection results
- Maintain quality standards and customer requirements
- Support new model and engineering change activities
- Prepare quality reports and customer reports
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field
- Experience in Customer Quality, QA/QC, or Quality Management
- Knowledge of QMS / IATF16949 / ISO14001
- Familiar with APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA, Control Plan
- Experience in automotive manufacturing is preferred
- Good problem-solving and communication skills
- Good command of English
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
