Customer Quality Engineer / Quality Management Specialist

Location: Amata City Industrial Estate, Rayong

Salary: 50,000-60,000

Job Responsibilities

  • Handle customer quality issues and complaint management
  • Coordinate corrective and preventive actions (8D, problem solving)
  • Support PPAP, APQP, ECR/PCR, and quality documentation
  • Monitor product quality and support quality improvement activities
  • Coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, and customers
  • Support internal/external audits and quality management systems
  • Analyze defect data, failure reports, and inspection results
  • Maintain quality standards and customer requirements
  • Support new model and engineering change activities
  • Prepare quality reports and customer reports

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field
  • Experience in Customer Quality, QA/QC, or Quality Management
  • Knowledge of QMS / IATF16949 / ISO14001
  • Familiar with APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA, Control Plan
  • Experience in automotive manufacturing is preferred
  • Good problem-solving and communication skills
  • Good command of English
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
