Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a strategic HR business partner to management
- Manage full-spectrum HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and organizational development
- Ensure compliance with Thai labor law and company policies
- Lead HR initiatives, change management, and process improvements
- Support leadership development and succession planning
- Oversee compensation, benefits, and total rewards programs
- Collaborate with regional and HR Center of Excellence teams
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree; HR or related field preferred
- Minimum 10 years of HR experience, ideally within pharmaceutical or healthcare industries
- Strong knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in Thai and English
