Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day operations across 42 stores, ensuring service quality, compliance, safety, and operational excellence.
- Drive key sales KPIs: conversion, average ticket, service quality, and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure strict compliance with DTAM / Thai FDA / Drug Act (ID checks, prescription-only sales, traceability, cash control).
- Build and implement SOPs, operational rhythms, audits, and store readiness standards.
- Recruit, onboard, train, and develop store teams, including mandatory medical-staff coverage.
- Oversee performance, promotional execution, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Manage incidents, regulatory inspections, RCA, and crisis protocols.
- Support scale-up activities: opening / relaunching / closing stores with predictable KPI ramp-up.
- Collaborate closely with commercial, marketing, HR, IT, logistics, and BD teams.
Qualifications
- Strong background in retail operations with multi-store leadership experience.
- Proven ability to manage and improve sales performance and operational KPIs.
- Solid knowledge of regulatory compliance, ideally within Medical Cannabis Retails / Pharma / Medical
- Structured, disciplined leadership style with high operational standards.
- Strong decision-making under pressure and incident-management capability.
- Able to travel frequently across provinces; comfortable in a hybrid work model.
- Good command In English.
- Requires native-level Thai language proficiency, and eligibility to work under Thai medical and retail regulations.
