• Oversee end-to-end financial and accounting operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and effective internal controls across the company.
• Lead annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and financial planning processes, including analysis of business performance and cost efficiency.
• Review and interpret key financial reports—P&L, Balance Sheet, cash flow, and operational cost analysis—to support strategic decision-making.
• Manage cash flow, fund allocation, payment cycles, and financial liquidity to ensure healthy financial operations.
• Supervise month-end and year-end closings, ensuring timely, accurate financial statements and statutory reporting.
• Oversee tax planning and ensure compliance with all tax-related filings (VAT, WHT, corporate tax, etc.).
• Ensure BOI reporting accuracy and compliance with required submissions and regulations.
• Implement, improve, and monitor ERP systems to strengthen financial processes and reporting quality.
• Provide leadership, guidance, and performance management to the finance & accounting team.
• Support management with financial insights and handle additional assignments as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting or Finance.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in finance & accounting, including at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Background in Food Retail or FMCG environments is strongly required
• CPA or CPD certification preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Thai tax laws, financial regulations, and statutory requirements.
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle is highly preferred.
• Experience with BOI reporting or BOI-regulated companies will be an advantage.
