Job Description
Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and manage the marketing team, including KOL management and all marketing-related functions.
- Develop and execute integrated 360° marketing strategies across online and offline channels to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.
- Create compelling campaign concepts and mechanics that drive continuous audience interest, engagement, and conversion.
- Oversee marketing budget planning, cost control, and ensure all campaigns are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.
- Track, analyze, and optimize campaign performance to achieve key KPIs and improve ROI.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams—Creative, Operations, Sales, and others—to ensure brand and messaging consistency across all touchpoints.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of proven experience in marketing, ideally within fashion, lifestyle, or e-commerce industries.
- Strong understanding of 360° marketing, including digital marketing, offline activation, PR, influencer/KOL strategies, and partnership campaigns.
- Creative thinker with strong skills in campaign development, project coordination, and end-to-end execution.
- Data-driven mindset with hands-on experience using Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, or similar advertising and analytics tools.
- Strong leadership capabilities with a collaborative, results-oriented approach.
- Passionate about fashion, lifestyle trends, and brand-building.
- Excellent communication skills in both Thai and English.
