Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and creative Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our team and play a key role in driving impactful online engagement and brand visibility. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about digital communication, enjoys developing creative campaigns, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Social Media Management: Oversee daily social media activities across multiple platforms, including content scheduling, community engagement, and timely response to customer inquiries or feedback.
- Influencer Marketing: Identify, engage, and manage relationships with influencers and key opinion leaders to enhance brand awareness and campaign performance.
- Content & Campaign Strategy: Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to plan, develop, and execute digital campaigns that align with business goals and brand identity.
- Digital Marketing Coordination: Support the execution of digital initiatives across paid, owned, and earned channels. Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure timely and effective campaign delivery.
- Performance Monitoring: Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance and audience engagement metrics to drive continuous improvement.
- Brand Communication: Ensure consistent and compelling brand messaging across all digital touchpoints, maintaining a strong and cohesive online presence.
Qualifications
- Postgraduate degree in Advertising, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in digital marketing, communications, or social media coordination preferred.
Key Competencies
- Strong communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities, with a proactive and resourceful approach.
- Demonstrated leadership and coordination skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
- Deep understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, etc.) and emerging digital trends.
- Solid grasp of digital marketing concepts including content marketing, online advertising, SEO, and analytics.
- Positive attitude with strong attention to detail, customer focus, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a deadline-driven environment.
