- Manage all cost and inventory transactions efficiently and accurately.
- Prepare and review stock cost calculations and purchasing costs.
- Maintain and update standard cost data on a regular basis.
- Analyze standard vs. actual costs, identify variances, and ensure accuracy.
- Monitor, control, and analyze project costs.
- Oversee overall costing and inventory management processes.
- Conduct profit margin analysis to support management decisions.
- Perform physical stock counts and verify data accuracy.
- Recommend cost-effective and process improvement solutions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in cost & inventory management from manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in cost & inventory, analysis & budgeting
- Good in monitoring and running the actual cost, standard cost, BOM.
- Good in Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot, etc.)
- Familiar with SAP, Oracle, or similar systems.
- Able to communicate in English.
