Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and maintain mission-critical, high-traffic web platforms and systems
  • Design, build, and scale modern full-stack applications using current front-end technologies
  • Lead technical architecture decisions and drive large-scale system improvements
  • Act as a hands-on technical leader while mentoring and coaching engineers
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver complex initiatives
  • Contribute to agile development practices, CI/CD pipelines, and engineering best practices
  • Stay up to date with emerging technologies and continuously raise engineering standards

 

Qualifications

  • 12+ years of experience in web application development using modern front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue)
  • At least 3 years of experience in a technical leadership or lead engineer role
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related quantitative field (Master’s preferred)
  • Strong experience working in agile environments with continuous delivery practices
  • Solid background in large-scale, high-availability systems and performance optimization
  • Professional-level English communication skills

 

Skills

  • Advanced knowledge of JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS
  • Strong understanding of modern front-end architecture and design patterns
  • Experience with API-driven development and scalable backend integrations
  • Familiarity with experimentation tools such as A/B testing and feature flags
  • Knowledge of cloud-native technologies, containers, and CI/CD workflows
  • Experience with data-driven development and analytics is a plus
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, and stakeholder communication skills
