- Expand the company’s international client base with a focus on acquiring new OEM orders from global markets.
- Identify and connect with overseas buyers interested in OEM apparel and leather goods manufacturing.
- Establish and nurture long-term partnerships with international customers.
- Draft and negotiate sales agreements covering pricing, delivery schedules, and payment terms in alignment with company policies.
- Develop and execute export sales strategies to consistently meet business targets.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams (production, logistics, and finance) to ensure seamless order processing and timely deliveries.
- Represent the company at international trade fairs, exhibitions, and business meetings (as required) to foster global business opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver regular sales reports, including recommendations for ongoing performance improvements, to senior management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, International Business, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in export sales, preferably in OEM garments, leather goods, or textiles.
- Strong proficiency in English (spoken, written, and reading).
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication abilities.
