- Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and payroll.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with applicable accounting standards.
- Manage budgeting and forecasting processes; provide variance analysis and financial insights to management.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations, statutory requirements, and internal control policies.
- Develop and implement financial policies, systems, and procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Monitor cash flow, working capital, and investment activities to ensure financial stability.
- Coordinate with external auditors, tax advisors, and financial institutions.
- Provide financial analysis to support strategic planning, business decisions, and cost control initiatives.
- Lead, coach, and develop accounting and finance team members.
- Support senior management in risk management and long-term financial planning.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum 7–10 years of experience in accounting and finance, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, tax regulations, and financial reporting standards.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks) and advanced MS Excel skills.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
