Responsibilities
- HR Strategy Implementation: Translate annual HR action plans and KPIs into practice, ensuring alignment with overall HR strategy.
- Talent Acquisition: Drive end-to-end recruitment by building sourcing strategies, conducting interviews, and partnering with hiring managers.
- Talent Management
- Onboarding: Design and manage effective onboarding programs.
- Performance Management: Oversee the full cycle of performance reviews, from goal setting to recognition.
- Career Development & Succession: Implement career growth initiatives and succession planning.
- Offboarding: Manage employee exits, including exit interviews and proper documentation.
- HR Systems: Manage and optimize HRIS to enhance efficiency.
- Policies & Procedures: Develop, update, and ensure compliance with HR policies and guidelines.
- Organizational Development: Partner with leadership to drive change management, build employee engagement, strengthen core values, and foster a positive workplace culture.
- SHE Compliance: Ensure adherence to safety, occupational health, and work environment standards.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline, with professional HR certifications preferred.
- HR Knowledge: Strong understanding of HR principles, labor regulations, and best practices in talent management.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in HRIS, talent management platforms, and performance management tools.
- Core Competencies: Critical thinking, adaptability, interpersonal effectiveness, systems thinking, and change management.
- Personal Attributes: Quick learner, detail-oriented, well-organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities under pressure.
- Specialized Skills: Expertise in OD methodologies, employee counseling, and advanced use of MS Excel, Office 365, and AI-powered HR applications.
