Job Summary

The Human Resources & Training Manager plays a strategic and hands-on role in managing HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and HR planning. This role ensures HR initiatives support business objectives, promote a positive workplace culture, and maintain compliance with labor laws—helping company drive innovation through strong people management and capability building.


Key Responsibilities

Strategic HR Planning

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Review and update policies to ensure legal compliance and competitiveness.
  • Design and maintain a market-aligned, fair salary structure.

Talent Acquisition

  • Oversee full-cycle recruitment and onboarding to meet staffing needs efficiently.

Training & Development

  • Design, implement, and evaluate training programs to enhance workforce capabilities.

Employee Relations & Compliance

  • Promote positive employee relations and resolve conflicts effectively.
  • Ensure compliance with labor regulations and uphold a safe work environment.

Performance & Engagement

  • Manage performance appraisal processes and feedback mechanisms.
  • Drive initiatives to enhance employee engagement and retention.

Succession Planning

  • Identify and prepare internal talent for critical roles to ensure business continuity.

HR Reporting & Analytics

  • Track key HR metrics (e.g., turnover, engagement) and present actionable insights to leadership.

General HR Operations

  • Handle ad-hoc HR issues and lead special projects in collaboration with senior management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5–10 years of HR experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong command of HR laws, practices, and employee relations.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in HR systems and data analysis tools.
