Key Responsibilities
- Operational Leadership
- Lead, manage, and mentor cross-functional teams including Facilities Management, Leasing, Sales & Marketing, Innovation, and Engineering/Renovation.
- Ensure smooth daily operations and exceptional guest/customer experiences aligned with a 5-star service standard.
- Oversee property maintenance, renovation projects, and facility upgrades to ensure safety, compliance, and premium quality standards.
- Commercial & Strategic Management
- Develop and implement strategic plans to maximize occupancy, revenue, and profitability.
- Drive leasing activities and negotiate key contracts with tenants and partners.
- Collaborate with the Sales & Marketing team to develop campaigns, partnerships, and promotions to enhance brand positioning and market reach.
- Innovation & Continuous Improvement
- Foster a culture of innovation, encouraging teams to introduce new ideas, technologies, and service concepts.
- Lead operational transformation initiatives to improve efficiency and sustainability.
- Financial & Performance Management
- Manage budgets, P&L, and financial performance of operations.
- Monitor KPIs and implement corrective actions to ensure targets are met.
- Prepare regular reports and present updates to the Board/Executive Management.
- Stakeholder & Community Engagement
- Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including owners, partners, suppliers, and regulators.
- Represent the organization in external meetings and industry events.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
- Minimum 10+ years of leadership experience in 5-star hotels, hospitality groups, or mixed-use property management.
- Proven track record in operations management, P&L responsibility, and team leadership.
- Strong knowledge of facilities management, leasing, and sales & marketing operations.
- Experience in leading renovation or property improvement projects.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
- Strategic thinker with a hands-on management style and results-oriented mindset.
