Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Define annual objectives, budgets, and KPIs to ensure team performance aligns with company targets.
  • Control expenditures and maintain cost-efficiency across operations.
  • Ensure all facilities comply with legal, environmental, health, and safety regulations.
  • Supervise construction, renovation, and refurbishment projects.
  • Take the lead in planning and executing the team’s recruitment strategy.
  • Manage contracts and service providers related to building operations, including cleaning, catering, parking, and security.
  • Monitor and prioritize ongoing tasks, resolving issues as they arise.
  • Ensure all utilities and essential services within the facility are operating smoothly.
  • Oversee repair and maintenance tasks, as well as verify the proper installation of building equipment.
  • Supervise and evaluate third-party service providers (e.g., SDX) to ensure quality and efficiency.
  • Prepare detailed reports and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Provide quarterly updates on budgets, performance, current tasks, and strategic plans.
  • Foster strong relationships with internal property teams and external service partners.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • At least 7 years of experience in operations or facilities management, or a related role.
  • Solid understanding of building maintenance, operational processes, and safety protocols.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and committed to delivering exceptional service to both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to work autonomously.
  • Effective in time management, multitasking, and team collaboration.
  • Able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrates an entrepreneurial mindset and a strong drive for success.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); familiarity with property management systems is an advantage.
