Job Description
- Supervise daily financial and accounting operations to ensure smooth departmental workflow.
- Manage and monitor banking transactions to maintain sufficient cash flow for operational needs.
- Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of the month-end closing process.
- Prepare financial statements and monthly management reports for internal use and decision-making.
- Review and file statutory tax documents, such as PND 3, 53, 54, and PP 30, 36, in compliance with Thai regulations.
- Create and verify accrued and deferred journal entries to ensure accurate financial records.
- Check and validate payment vouchers and record entries with precision.
- Reconcile balance sheet accounts and ensure consistency with the trial balance.
- Coordinate with external auditors during year-end audits and provide necessary documentation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in accounting or finance roles
- Proven expertise in tax compliance, financial reporting and financial management.
- Holding a CPA or CPD license or an equivalent professional certification.
- Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Prior experience in the hospitality or real estate sectors will be considered an advantage.
- Good command of English, both written and spoken
