- Design and implement comprehensive sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue goals.
- Identify and pursue new market opportunities across corporate sectors, hospitality (hotels, restaurants, spas), and residential segments.
- Conduct thorough market analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activities.
- Forge strategic partnerships and negotiate agreements with high-value clients
- Nurture long-term relationships with clients to drive customer loyalty and repeat business.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve concerns with professionalism and efficiency.
- Collaborate with operational teams to ensure top-quality service and customer satisfaction.
- Partner with the marketing team to design and execute promotional initiatives and customer loyalty programs.

- Represent LSC at industry events, trade exhibitions, and community networking opportunities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the commercial laundry, hospitality, or service industry.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to develop sales strategies and execute business development plans.
- Experience in managing client relationships and handling customer concerns.
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and results-driven.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and social network platforms.
- Knowledge of laundry operations and pricing structures is an advantage.
