Job Description
- Lead a sales team to achieve quarterly targets while growing the business.
- Understand market dynamics to develop and execute strategic initiatives, improving market share, portfolio mix, and margins.
- Understand key customers, their buying process, and market factors.
- Conduct regular sales funnel reviews across the team.
- Provide leadership through clear communication, coaching, and performance management.
- Drive business growth in Thailand and/or neighboring markets.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Chemical, Instrument, or Process preferred); MBA is a plus.
- 10 years of sales leadership experience, including 3-5 years managing teams in an MNC.
- Experience in B2B sales, preferably in measurement equipment, water or color testing, or instrumentation
- Background in leading revenue-generating roles at top-tier organizations.
- Strong communication skills and ability to navigate complex organizations.
- Experience in Thai or foreign MNCs.
