Job Description

  • Lead a sales team to achieve quarterly targets while growing the business.
  • Understand market dynamics to develop and execute strategic initiatives, improving market share, portfolio mix, and margins.
  • Understand key customers, their buying process, and market factors.
  • Conduct regular sales funnel reviews across the team.
  • Provide leadership through clear communication, coaching, and performance management.
  • Drive business growth in Thailand and/or neighboring markets.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Chemical, Instrument, or Process preferred); MBA is a plus.
  • 10 years of sales leadership experience, including 3-5 years managing teams in an MNC.
  • Experience in B2B sales, preferably in measurement equipment, water or color testing, or instrumentation
  • Background in leading revenue-generating roles at top-tier organizations.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to navigate complex organizations.
  • Experience in Thai or foreign MNCs.
