This role is ideal for an accomplished sales leader with expertise in luxury real estate sales, pre-launch strategies, and team management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with company goals, ensuring successful execution across all luxury real estate projects.
  • Team Leadership: Guide, motivate, and oversee the sales team to achieve individual and collective sales targets while fostering collaboration.
  • Pre-opening & Grand Opening Management: Lead sales efforts during pre-launch and grand opening phases, ensuring smooth execution and impactful marketing for new developments.
  • Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary liaison for high-net-worth clients, offering tailored solutions and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
  • Sales Operations: Manage both onsite and offsite sales processes, including participation in domestic and international exhibitions and events.
  • Performance & Reporting: Set clear sales goals, provide accurate forecasts, and maintain transparent performance tracking and reporting.
  • Market Analysis: Stay ahead of market trends, competitor movements, and customer insights to refine sales strategies.
  • Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with departments such as Accounting, Project, Procurement, and Legal to ensure seamless operations.
  • Database Management: Maintain and manage client records with confidentiality, generating reports for strategic analysis.
  • Client Issue Resolution: Address and resolve client concerns promptly by coordinating with internal teams to enhance satisfaction.
  • Sales Gallery & Office Oversight: Ensure the showroom and office maintain a professional and welcoming environment for client visits.
  • Compliance & Best Practices: Adhere to internal sales protocols, team guidelines, and company policies to ensure consistency and efficiency.

Qualifications

·  Education: Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field. An MBA or advanced degree is a plus.

·  Experience:

  • 5–8 years in sales and marketing, specializing in luxury real estate, high-rise, or villa sales.
  • Proven track record in managing pre-opening and grand opening processes.
  • Leadership experience in managing sales teams, setting targets, and driving business growth.

·  Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and guide a high-performing team.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication in English (additional languages are an advantage).
  • Exceptional organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong attention to detail for reporting and analysis.
