• Create and apply a marketing plan for the country, even in a fast-changing industry with uncertain laws.
• Lead the marketing team and ensure their work supports business goals.
• Work closely with creative and branding teams.
• Communicate often with the Commercial and Business Development teams.
• Plan and manage yearly and monthly budgets.
• Use data to decide on new marketing tools.
• Organize big events with 5,000+ guests.
• Follow local laws and industry rules for cannabis marketing and advertising.
• Build good relationships with influencers, media, and industry partners.
• Keep up with industry trends and market changes to update strategies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 7+ years’ experiences in Marketing areas, plus 3 years in a management level from retail or related industries (cannabis experience is a plus).
• Knowledge of cannabis culture and customer behavior will be advantage
• Good in developing and implementing marketing strategies that enhance brand growth and drive sales.
• Good understanding of both online and offline marketing, research, and analytics.
• Successful cooperation with best Thai agencies
• Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
• Good command in English
