Job Description

Supervise the entire supply chain operations .
Work closely with production teams to anticipate material requirements based on production schedules.
Streamline material flow to prevent bottlenecks and ensure raw materials are available on time.
Oversee inventory management to maintain optimal stock levels.
Plan and manage production schedules to maximize efficiency and performance.
Maintain a monthly production block schedule to optimize efficiency, minimize waste, and ensure timely deliveries.
Manage Material Requirement Planning (MRP) and coordinate with procurement teams and suppliers for raw material supply and delivery.
Ensure Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are upheld for planning functions.
Oversee the management of raw materials and finished goods in warehouse operations.
Supervise and guide the warehouse team to adhere to established procedures and safety protocols.
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and industry standards.
Manage warehouse activities, including receiving and storage processes.
Conduct routine audits of supply chain operations to ensure adherence to compliance standards.

Qualification

Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management or related fields.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in Production Planning, Materials Planning, and Warehouse Management, with expertise in end-to-end supply chain processes within an MNC environment.
Extensive knowledge of supply chain management (SCM) functions, including logistics and customer service.
Proficiency in SAP is essential.
Strong managerial and leadership skills.
Proficient in English communication.
