Job Highlights
- At least 3+ years of sales experience in IVD products or related fields.
- Travel required, responsible for Bangkok and upcountry area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the business breakthrough in In-Vitro Diagnostics industry
- Be able to identify or analyze different customers’ requirement, procurement process on competition analysis in each different business segment.
- Develops or grow business on distributor by having a thorough understanding of its needs and requirements
- Developing trust relationships with Hospitals KOL
- Serve as the link of communication between key customers and business partners/distribution channels
- Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust
- Empowers Distributor in doing pre-sales or sales activity in the area
Qualifications
- Experience in selling medical equipment (Experience in IVD product is advantage)
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to communicate in English
- Ability to analyze and solve problems
- Enthusiastic and able to work well under pressure
