Job Description
- Approve purchase orders, cash requisitions, and expenses for fish raw materials, ensuring alignment with the approved budget.
- Coordinate weekly, monthly, and yearly purchasing plans to match sales targets and departmental budgets.
- Evaluate product pricing trends and market conditions to support effective procurement decisions.
- Review data on domestic and international fish raw material orders based on production needs.
- Oversee the delivery process of fish raw materials, ensuring adherence to agreed quality standards.
- Define vendor evaluation criteria to identify and develop reliable, high-potential suppliers.
- Manage domestic and international purchasing volumes to maintain budget compliance.
- Ensure accuracy in departmental reports and verify related contracts.
- Assess purchasing performance to optimize the procurement of high-quality products.
- Develop operational guidelines and a departmental Master Plan that align with organizational strategies and policies for both short-term and long-term goals.
Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Science, Business Administration, Social Sciences, or a related field.
- At least 12 years of experience in industrial procurement within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong command of English with excellent communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, SAP, and Outlook.
- Familiarity with quality systems and food safety standards.
- Demonstrated expertise in leadership, personnel management, and negotiation.
