Job Description
- Engage with target accounts through in-person sales meetings or virtual appointments as needed.
- Present the company overview, products, services, unique selling points (USPs), and value propositions.
- Assess and identify customer-specific needs and requirements.
- Manage the entire customer registration process from initiation to completion.
- Facilitate the credit application and approval process.
- Offer commercial support during business implementations and product trials.
- Gather and relay customer feedback to support vendor qualification and selection processes.
- Provide commercial insights for vendor pricing and rate negotiations.
- Follow the sales process steps:
- Opportunity: Identification, qualification, quotation, negotiation, and closure.
- Implementation: New customer onboarding, integration, and go-live.
- Handle special assignments as directed by supervisors.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in logistics or a related field.
- 8–10 years of experience in sales, marketing, customer service, or freight forwarding/import-export functions.
- Proficiency in spoken and written English.
- Strong computer skills (MS Office and PowerPoint).
- Excellent customer service mindset with commercial and negotiation skills.
- Strong abilities in relationship building, problem-solving, and solution orientation.
- Capable of working effectively under pressure.
