Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Presales Engineer/Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in cybersecurity and a proven track record of success in presales activities. In this role, you will be responsible for working closely with our CEO and sales team to understand customer requirements, demonstrate the capabilities of our products, and provide technical expertise throughout the sales process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert guidance and recommendations to customers on cybersecurity solutions, including threat detection, incident response, data protection, and compliance.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify customer needs, develop tailored solutions, and deliver compelling product demonstrations and presentations.
- Work closely with customers to understand their unique challenges and requirements, and design comprehensive cybersecurity solutions that address their specific needs.
- Lead the execution of POCs to showcase the effectiveness of our products in real-world environments, ensuring a smooth transition from evaluation to deployment.
- Conduct training sessions for customers and partners to ensure they have the knowledge and skills to effectively use our products and maximize their value.
- Stay informed about the latest trends and developments in cybersecurity, competitive landscape, and industry best practices, and leverage this knowledge to position our solutions effectively.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CEH) is a plus.
- Proven experience in a presales or technical consulting role, with a focus on cybersecurity solutions.
- Deep understanding of cybersecurity technologies and concepts, including network security, endpoint security, threat intelligence, and security operations.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically to address customer challenges.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment, with a high degree of professionalism and integrity.
