Job Description

• Control all financial procedures of the business and ensure complete compliance to local and international financial standards.
• Consult and advise business units and functional leaders in relation to financial elements of their functions to support the profitability and growth of the business.
• Lead new program development alongside the project teams to ensure accurate and correct costing on any new developments.
• Collaborate with senior management in the plant providing recommendations on financial actions to benefit the company.
• Take ownership and develop the financial controlling team, ensuring their training and development to improve the standards of the function as needed.

Qualifications

• Ideally, you will have experience of automotive manufacturing, within a plant control position handling all functions of finance.
• Must be able to communicate in English, as you will be working with local and regional colleagues.
• Working knowledge of SAP would be a huge bonus although not essential to your success in the role.
• Confident communicator with the ability to consult and direct internal and external stakeholders of the business at multiple levels.
• Previous experience managing a team and improving process and workflow within your previous roles.
