• Cooperate with regional management team to design, revision and create a standard training plan for upcountry plant

Job description:

• Key person to provide evaluate, training and coaching for shopfloor employees so they can perform and contribute to manufacturing and implement tools standard foe the upcountry plant
• Develop training and capability to building production team to apply tools on shopfloor
• Leading manufacturing capability team, to develop and establish training master plan and roadmap for manufacturing
• Lead the training program design, revision and communication to all employees and cooperate with HR team

Qualifications:

• Bachelor or master’s in manufacturing or related field.
• Has experience in manufacturing of foods, beverages, or multinational companies
• Experienced to manage operation, leading TPM or continues improvement
• Good communication and presentation skills with strong in PowerPoint presentation.
• Good in English proficiency both speaking and writing.
• Experienced in Management Trainee are welcome
