Job Description

• Design and implement comprehensive sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue goals.
• Identify and pursue new market opportunities across corporate sectors, hospitality (hotels, restaurants, spas), and residential segments.
• Conduct thorough market analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activities.
• Forge strategic partnerships and negotiate agreements with high-value clients
• Nurture long-term relationships with clients to drive customer loyalty and repeat business.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve concerns with professionalism and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the commercial laundry, hospitality, or service industry.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to develop sales strategies and execute business development plans.
• Experience in managing client relationships and handling customer concerns.
• Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and results-driven.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and social network platforms.
• Knowledge of laundry operations and pricing structures is an advantage.
