Job Description

• Define the procurement strategy, set team objectives, and allocate budget to ensure efficient purchasing operations.
• Design and roll out procurement processes, systems, and performance tracking tools across the organization.
• Research and evaluate potential vendors and explore innovative sourcing solutions.
• Foster strong vendor relationships to optimize pricing, discounts, and contract terms.
• Review and analyze purchase requests, monitor supplier performance, and maintain accurate pricing and product data.
• Lead supplier negotiations to achieve favorable pricing and conditions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Architecture, Real Estate, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 7 years’ experience in procurement, particularly within the construction sector including developers, contractors, or suppliers.
• Solid knowledge of procurement processes and familiarity with construction materials.
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation abilities.
• Open to learning, with a growth mindset and readiness to pursue new challenges.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders, manage competing priorities, and communicate clearly.
• Demonstrated leadership, strong analytical thinking, and effective problem-solving capabilities.

Job Description

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Architecture, or related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
• Minimum 8–10 years of experience in project sales, preferably in construction materials, interior products, or building solutions.
• Proven track record in dealing with designers, contractors, and developers.
• Strong leadership and team management experience.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Understanding of technical product specifications and project sales processes.
• Ability to travel as required.
