Job Description

• Ensure effective implementation of the Quality Management System across the company, including maintaining business accreditations.
• Update and manage Quality Manuals and Procedures to align with business needs.
• Organize and oversee internal audits, corrective action systems, and Quality Systems/Process/Product audits, providing guidance to auditors as needed.
• Host external quality audits and provide training on quality-related topics and business processes.
• Maintain and distribute Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) while ensuring their relevance and accuracy.
• Compile and analyze quality data to monitor performance against targets.
• Supervise document control to ensure proper management of quality records and adherence to procedures.
• Address customer complaints, coordinate resolutions, and implement corrective actions.
• Promote quality awareness through training and initiatives.
• Track and report Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to prevent product, process, or system non-conformities.
• Stay informed on manufacturing and engineering trends related to product quality.
• Oversee calibration of measuring equipment and perform MSA studies..

Qualification

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering
• At least 5 years working experience as QMS in automotive industry.
• Solid background in IATF 16949, VDA and ISO 14001.
• Knowledge of quality systems.
• Strong Knowledge of IATF 16949 and VDA requirements.
• Strong knowledge of Cote Tools (APQP, FMEA, PPAP, SPC and MSA)
• Understanding of ISO14001 and Health and Safety Practices
• Good command in English
