About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager – Supply Planning to lead end-to-end supply planning operations for a leading multinational manufacturing company. This role is responsible for driving supply planning strategy, inventory optimization, demand fulfillment, and import/export planning while leading cross-functional initiatives to improve overall supply chain performance.
Key Responsibilities
Supply Planning & Inventory Management
- Lead end-to-end supply planning and inventory planning to ensure product availability aligned with customer demand.
- Optimize inventory levels while minimizing excess stock and warehousing costs.
- Coordinate with Sales, Manufacturing, and other stakeholders on short-, medium-, and long-term capacity planning.
- Support successful new product launches and master data readiness within SAP.
Supply Allocation & Supply Chain Improvement
- Manage supply allocation to maximize customer service levels and order fulfillment.
- Review demand forecasts against customer orders and adjust supply allocation accordingly.
- Drive supply chain improvement initiatives, process optimization, data analytics, and planning efficiency projects.
Import & Export Planning
- Oversee import and export planning, shipment scheduling, and customs compliance.
- Ensure timely product deliveries while optimizing logistics costs.
- Monitor inventory levels of imported products and maintain service level commitments.
Performance & Business Planning
- Develop planning reports and dashboards to support management decision-making.
- Analyze demand and supply trends to identify risks and opportunities.
- Monitor KPIs and recommend corrective actions to improve supply chain performance.
Leadership
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing supply planning team.
- Manage departmental budget, KPIs, and operational performance.
- Collaborate with regional and global teams on strategic supply chain initiatives.
- Champion continuous improvement and digital transformation across supply planning
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 12 years of experience in Supply Planning, Production Planning, Logistics, or Supply Chain Management.
- Proven experience managing multiple teams in a manufacturing environment.
- Preferred industry experience in Automotive, Tire, Industrial Manufacturing, Consumer Products/FMCG, Electronics, or other large-scale manufacturing businesses.

- Strong analytical, leadership, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Good command of English.
