Position: Head of Operations (Manufacturing Plant)

Job Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end manufacturing plant operations including Production, Planning, Warehouse, Purchasing, and Supply Chain
• Drive operational transformation and long-term business growth
• Oversee high-volume manufacturing and complex assembly operations
• Improve operational excellence through Lean Manufacturing and OEE initiatives
• Build and develop a high-performing leadership team

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or related field
• 12+ years’ experience in injection molding and high-volume manufacturing environments
• Strong expertise in plastic-based or automated production processes
• Proven success managing large-scale plant operations with full operational accountability
• Hands-on leadership style with strong decision-making skills
• International exposure and multicultural working experience are preferred
• Fluent in English
