Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Present and promote company products and services to Chinese-speaking clients
- Develop new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with existing customers
- Provide after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term retention
- Prepare sales reports and conduct basic market analysis
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth operations and service delivery
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and resolve issues professionally
- Travel up-country occasionally to visit clients and expand business opportunities
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Chinese, Business, or a related field
- Fluent in Chinese (Business level), HSK Level 5 or above preferred
- 1–3 years of sales experience or Fresh graduates with strong Chinese communication and strong passion for sales
- Strong interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team
- Own car with valid driver’s license
