Responsibilities
- Manage key accounts within industrial and project-based clients
- Drive sales growth in heavy equipment rental services
- Handle full sales cycle: lead generation, proposal, negotiation, and closing
- Coordinate with operations and technical teams to deliver project solutions
- Maintain strong after-sales relationships and long-term partnerships
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities
- Conduct regular client visits across Chonburi and upcountry project sites
- Achieve sales targets and KPIs
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field
- 7-10 years of experience in crane rental service or heavy lifting equipment business
- Strong knowledge of mobile cranes, crawler cranes, or large-scale lifting equipment
- Experience handling project-based industrial clients
- Good command of English
- Strong negotiation and relationship management skills
- Own car with valid driving license
