- Our client is a leading Retail company. They are currently seeking a highly capable Regulatory Affairs (Japanese) to ensure product compliance, manage regulatory processes, and support business operations in Thailand in accordance with local and international regulations.
Job Description
- Ensure company products comply with local and international regulatory requirements.
- Prepare, review, and submit regulatory documents to relevant authorities (e.g., FDA, Customs, Ministry of Health).
- Manage product registration, licensing, and renewal processes.
- Monitor regulatory updates and assess their impact on business operations.
- Coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, and government agencies on compliance matters.
- Review product labeling, packaging, and advertising to ensure regulatory accuracy.
- Support audits, inspections, and regulatory inquiries.
- Maintain regulatory databases and documentation systems.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Regulatory Affairs (retail or trading industry preferred).
- Strong knowledge of Thai FDA regulations and related compliance requirements.
- Good communication skills in Thai and Japanese (spoken and written).
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent documentation, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
