IT Recruiter

ANCOR Thailand is one of the fastest growing recruitment companies in SEA. The business specializes in permanent recruitment in various sectors such as Technology, Retail, Construction & Logistics, FMCG & Pharma, Eastern Seaboard, and a rapidly expanding Outsourcing division covering services such as payroll, temp staffing and contracting. We are currently looking for an IT Recruiter based in the Bangkok office.

Reporting directly into the Division Manager/ Head of IT Outsourcing, we are looking for an energetic, ambitious and driven individual with 2 years of experience in Agency Recruitment with a focus on both permanent & contracting within the IT space. The role will be responsible for delivering on individual sales targets, deliver on assigned KPI targets, begin developing sales fundamentals to bring in new clients, effectively utilize the ATS and effectively manage the end 2 end process with internal departments.

Skills & Experience

The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience

• Prior experience of 2 years in Agency Recruitment focusing on IT (Agency/ Contracting)
• Hold a bachelor’s degree in business administration
• Strong prior experience in recruitment sales/ talent acquisition within the technology sector
• Strong in stakeholder management, strong passion to learn and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in the use of MS Office (Excel, Word & Power point)
• Fluent in English & Thai communication skills
