- HR Strategy & Organizational Development
- Develop and implement HR strategies supporting business growth.
- Drive talent development, performance management, succession planning, and
- Promote digitalization and process improvements within HR.
- Talent Management & Workforce Planning
- Oversee performance management, KPI alignment, and capability development.
- Lead workforce planning, manpower budgeting, and recruitment for key roles.
- Compensation & Employee Relations
- Manage C&B structures, job levels, and reward programs.
- Ensure compliance with Thai labour law and provide guidance on employee relations.
- HR Governance & Operations
- Maintain HR policies, SOPs, and internal controls.
- Implement and ensure compliance with PDPA
- General Affairs (GA) Management
- Supervise facilities, office administration, security, HSE, vendors, uniforms, and company vehicles.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Minimum 10 years of HR experience, with at least 5 years in a managerial or leadership role.
- Background from Real Estate, Hospitality, Property Management, or related industries is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Thai Labour Law, labour relations, and HR regulatory compliance.
- Proven experience in HR strategy, organization development, and manpower planning.
- Hands-on experience overseeing General Affairs / Facilities / Office Administration.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and leadership capabilities.
