Role Overview:
We are seeking a Planning and Control Manager with strong port and terminal operations experience to drive continuous process improvement within the Engineering Division. The role focuses on maintenance planning, technical data analysis, and implementing effective controls to enhance equipment reliability and operational efficiency in a port and terminal environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee maintenance planning and reliability-centered maintenance programs for port and terminal equipment.
• Analyze technical data, trends, and root causes to improve operational performance and equipment uptime.
• Manage preventive and predictive maintenance activities, ensuring alignment with operational requirements of port operations.
• Support financial management and record-keeping systems related to maintenance and engineering budgets.
• Lead and coordinate a team of Planning & Control and Budget & Cost Control staff.
• Apply Six Sigma and continuous improvement methodologies to engineering and operational processes.
• Collaborate with terminal operations teams to ensure maintenance plans minimize downtime and maximize throughput.

Qualifications:

• Certified Industrial Engineer or Licensed Mechanical/Electrical Engineer.
• Demonstrated experience in port and terminal operations, production/service planning, process engineering, and reliability-centered maintenance.
• Strong technical skills in reliability engineering and equipment maintenance.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented, organized, proactive, and patient.
