Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Global Alignment & Collaboration
- Work closely with global IT and security teams to ensure consistent implementation of policies and standards across regions.
Cybersecurity Operations
- Respond to escalations from global Security Operations Teams related to threat detection and incident response.
- Coordinate with global teams to ensure timely resolution of security incidents.
Vendor & Risk Management
- Oversee third-party vendors from both IT and cybersecurity perspectives in accordance with Thai SEC requirements and global policies.
Training & Awareness
- Deliver local and global IT/security awareness programs for employees and platform users.
Security Compliance
- Ensure all locally managed systems adhere to global and local security standards.
- Conduct regular reviews and assessments to maintain compliance.
Technical Support
- Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support via in-person assistance, email, chat, or video calls.
- Troubleshoot issues involving Windows/macOS, Google Workspace, Office 365, networking, and Wi-Fi.
Onboarding & Offboarding
- Support device setup, account provisioning, and secure access procedures for new hires and departing staff.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in IT Infrastructure Management, including 5+ years in cybersecurity (fintech/crypto experience preferred).
- Experience working with global or cross-border teams.
- Strong understanding of Thai SEC digital asset regulations; familiarity with frameworks such as SOC2 or SSC v9 is a plus.
- Deep knowledge of networking, Windows, macOS, and Linux systems.
- Expertise in AWS and Google Cloud services.
- Self-starter with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Fluent in English and Thai; Mandarin is a plus.
